Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At our store, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our return and cancellation rules carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product has a size or fit issue

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging

2. Return Conditions & Fees

  • A return processing fee of ₹ 100 may be deducted per order (if applicable)

  • In case of size issues or customer preference, return shipping charges may apply

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product, no charges will be applied

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or worn products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or Instagram

  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you through the process

Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (if available) or return instructions will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned product

  • The refund will be credited within 5–7 working days

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or store credit

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or defective products (subject to stock availability)

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or alternative product will be offered

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

  • Eligible for free replacement or full refund

8. Cancellation Rules

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment at no charge

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

COD Orders:

  • Repeated order cancellations or refusals may lead to restriction of Cash on Delivery for future orders

9. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping charges depend on the reason for return
